摘要:
汉中路站智慧车站试点是上海轨道交通智慧车站实践体系中的首个换乘车站案例。该试点建设聚焦了“客运管理、设备管理、人员管理” 三类核心业务，从提高车站设施设备智能化水平、提升车站运营人员工作效率、改善乘客出行体验等角度，运用“互联网+”“大数据+”等新技术，探索了更符合未来发展趋势的集成化、智能化、智慧化的车站运营管理模式。
Abstracts:
Shanghai metro Hanzhong Road Station is the first transfer station in smart city construction practice system. By focusing on “passenger management, equipment management and personnel management” three core works, the station adopts new technologies such as “Internet+” and “Big Data+” to explore the integrated, intelligent and smart station operation management mode that is more in line with future development trends from the perspectives of raising the intelligence level of station facilities and equipment, improving the efficiency of station operators, and enhancing the travel experience of passengers.
