摘要:
针对动车组运行中出现的车辆低频横向晃动问题,通过建立车辆动力学模型,对车辆横向晃动进行仿真分析。分析结果显示,轮轨关系是影响车辆低频横向晃动的关键影响因素。基于晃动机理分析,从车轮经济性镟修、钢轨打磨、摩擦系数等3方面对车辆出现的实际问题进行分析和总结,并提出改进措施及建议,以期有助于提升动车组的运行舒适性。
Abstracts:
According to the EMU vehicle low-frequency lateral swaying in operation, a vehicle dynamic model is established to simulate and analyze the phenomenon. The result shows that the wheel/rail interrelation is the key influential factor. Based on an analysis of the swaying mechanism, the practical problems related to vehicle low-frequency lateral swaying are analyzed and summarized from aspects of wheel repairing, rail grinding and friction coefficient, improvement measures and suggestions are proposed, which can help to promote the EMU running comfort.
