摘要:
对轨道交通科研项目管理工作的数据化升级实现方式开展研究，从项目分类、分级管理，逐层分割的思路出发，构建轨道交通科研项目管理平台架构。所构建的平台中集成了审批模块、执行模块、监督模块和数据整合模块，梳理了管理机构及全技术项目支持体系，优化了项目全生命周期的管理及组织工作程序。
Abstracts:
The implementation of data upgrading in rail transit research projects is discussed. Proceeding from the concept of project classification, hierarchical management and SRPM (source Red Hat package manager) work, a management platform for rail transit research projects is established. This platform integrates approval process module, execution module, supervision module and data integration module, dredges the management departments and the supporting system for all the technical projects, in order to optimize the whole life cycle of projects and the organization work procedure.
