摘要:
不锈钢点焊技术作为材料电阻熔化焊的一种形式，由于能够保证焊接面的平滑性，且具有焊接工艺简单、无需保护气体、对环境影响较小等优点，近年来在铁路不锈钢客车生产中被大量应用。阐述了不锈钢点焊技术的主要技术指标，单面双点交流变频控制的应用优势，以及在城市轨道客车生产中所采用的工艺方法。
Abstracts:
As a form of material resistance melting welding, the stainless steel spot welding technology could ensure the smoothness of the welding face. It features simple welding procedure, less requirements for air protection and lower harm to environment, therefore is widely used in the manufacture of stainless steel rail transit vehicle. In this paper, the main technical indexes about the stainless steel spot welding technology are introduced, including the application advantages of AC frequency conversion control in the single-side double-point welding, and the process methods adopted in the production of railway vehicles.
