摘要:
以当前五轴数控加工模拟制造领域最为成熟的计算机辅助软件NX为载体,在国内外虚拟制造技术领域最新成果的基础上,结合普遍应用于企业生产的五轴数控加工,提出了一套体系完整、应用广泛的五轴数控加工模拟制造技术。该技术涵盖自动编程技术、加工仿真技术和后处理技术。
Abstracts:
Taking the most mature computer assistant software NX in the field of five-axis CAM (computer aided manufacturing) as the carrier, on the basis of the latest achievements in virtual manufacturing technology both at home and abroad, and in combination with the commonly used five-axis NC machining, a set of simulation and manufacturing technology of five-axis NC machining is proposed, which features complete system and wide application, at the same time covers the automatic programming technology, machining simulation technology and post-processing technology.
