区域快线作为大型基建类工程,与城市的用地矛盾日益突出,因此亟需梳理区域快线沿线用地需求,明确用地范围,为城市用地规划与控制提供决策支持。根据铁路和城市轨道交通沿线用地的相关法律法规,以及区域快线自身的特点,对区域快线沿线用地进行分类,明确用地需求和划定用地范围,为城市用地规划与控制提供参考。
Abstracts:
As a large-scale infrastructure project, the contradiction between regional rapid transit and urban land use is increasingly prominent, therefore, it is an urgent task to comb the land use demand, define the land use range to provide decision support for city land planning and control. According to the related laws and regulations on the land use along railway lines, and combined with the characteristics of regional rapid transit, the land along railway lines is classified, the land use demands and scopes are defined so as to provide references for city land planning and control.
