摘要:
提出了磁浮车辆车下设备安装设计的原则和注意事项,分析了3种磁浮车辆车下设备安装结构的合理性和可靠性,并针对底架焊接安装座吊装设备的结构进行了强度仿真计算,对吊装螺栓进行了强度校核,通过仿真计算及螺栓强度校核分析验证了设计结构的可靠性。
Abstracts:
In this paper, principles and matters needing attention for the installation design of the Maglev undercarriage equipment are proposed, the rationality and reliability of 3 kinds of installation structure are analyzed. Then, a strength simulation calculation for the welding installation seat under the bottom frame is carried out, in which the strength on the installation bolt is checked. Finally, the reliability of the designed structure is verified through the strength simulation and bolt strength checking analysis.
