摘要:
上海轨道交通 18 号线江浦路站是典型的软土地层车站,其周边环境复杂、地层条件差、施工难度大、风险高。提出了明挖顺作法、管幕+冻结暗挖、冻结暗挖等 3 种施工方案。通过技术、经济、环境等方面的比选,确定冻结暗挖法为最优方案。冻结暗挖法具有施工造价低、工期短、不占用道路等优点,但由于冻结体量大,地层冻胀量较大,会对地表环境产生较大影响。 因此,参考类似的冻结工程设计,并结合数值分析,提出采用全方位高压喷射方法,可有效控制地层冻胀量。
Abstracts:
Jiangpu Road Station on Shanghai metro Line 18 is a typical station built on soft soil stratum with complex surrounding environment,poor stratum condition,difficult construction and high risks. Three construction schemes:open excavation,pipe curtain + frozen excavation and frozen excavation are put forward. Through comparison of the technological,economic and environmental factors,the frozen excavation method is recommended as the best one. This method features advantages of low construction cost,short construction period and no road occupation,but because of the large amount of frozen body,the frost heave of stratum is larger,which may influence the ground environment. Therefore,referring to the similar frozen engineering design and combined with numerical analysis,metro jet system(MJS)method is adopted to control the frost heave of stratum.
