摘要:
随着高速列车的多样化发展,需要调整转向架结构以适应新的需求。基于自顶向下的设计思想,针对如何实现转向架参数变更的有效合理传递问题,提出了一种高速列车转向架三维骨架设计方法,以解决零部件之间的参数变更影响。首先,分析现有高速列车转向架的功能模块变更;然后在CATIA CAA软件平台上以顶层基本骨架(TBS)为设计核心,建立三维参数化骨架模型;最后以某轴箱弹簧参数化设计为例,验证了设计方法的可行性和骨架模型的正确性。
Abstracts:
With the diversified development of high-speed railway trains, the structure of bogie needs to be adjusted to accommodate new requirements. Aiming at more effective and rational transmission of the bogie parameter changes, a 3D skeleton design method for high-speed train bogie is proposed base on the top-down design ideas, which will address the impact of parameter changes over different components and parts. Firstly, the changes of high-speed train bogie functional modules are analyzed; then, a 3D skeleton model is established on the CATIA CAA platform with the top basic skeleton (TBS) as the design core. Finally, taking the parametric design of an axle box spring as example, the feasibility of this design method and the correctness of the skeleton model are verified.
