在规划的城市轨道交通线路周边进行工程建设不可避免,工程建设对后期城市轨道交通建设的影响需作提前考虑,并应考虑后期城市轨道交通建设对该建设工程的影响,避免后期城市轨道交通建设难以实施或对建设工程造成不良影响。以南昌县某办公楼改扩建工程与南昌地铁3号线延伸线施工为例进行了数值计算分析,结果表明:增加靠近区间隧道的建筑物桩长再施工地铁隧道能够获得更小的地层位移、隧道内力、基础梁位移、桩基位移,可为类似工程提供参考。
Abstracts:
It is unaviodable to implement construction engineering along the planned urban rail transit, but It is necessary to consider in advance the impact of engineering project on the later rail transit construction, and vice versa to avoid the adverse effects on rail transit construction. In this paper, based on the reconstruction project of an office building in Nanchang County and the extension of Nanchang rail transit Line 3, a numerical analysis is carried out. The result shows that the displacement of stratum, tunnel internal force, foundation beam and pile foundation during subway construction could be reduced by increasing the pile length of buildings adjacent to subway tunnel. This research may provide a reference for similar projects.
