摘要:
以青岛地铁8号线工程为背景,对∅15.2 mm和∅17.8 mm钢绞线进行结构构造对比及受力计算分析。经过现场试验数据验证,在标准梁长为32.7 m的U形梁中成功应用了∅17.8 mm大直径钢绞线,拓宽了U形梁在轨道交通工程中的应用范围,同时也为∅17.8 mm大直径钢绞线在国内的推广应用积累了宝贵的工程经验。
Abstracts:
Based on Qingdao metro Line 8 project, the structures of ∅15.2 mm and ∅17.8 mm steel strands are compared and their force conditions are computationally analyzed. After field test and data verification, the ∅17.8 mm large-diameter steel strand is successfully applied to the U-girder with a standard beam length of 32.7 m, which widens the application range of U-girder in rail transit engineering, and at the same time accumulates valuable engineering experiences for the application of ∅17.8 mm large-diameter steel strand in China rail transit.
