摘要:
通过分析地铁动车牵引电机温度熔断器的工作原理,深入研究和分析了一起根源性牵引电机温度熔断器故障,找到了实际运用过程中引发误报警故障的主要原因,制定了相应的改进措施,并通过试验和装车运用验证,确认了改进措施的有效性。
Abstracts:
In this paper, by analyzing the working principle of temperature fuse for electric vehicle traction motor, a root-case fault of the temperature fuse for the traction motor is detected and studied in depth, the main reasons that caused false alarm in the actual operation are found out, and corresponding improvement measures are proposed. The validity of the measures is verified by test and loading application on metro vehicles.
