摘要:
总结了上海市域铁路的特点以及编制《上海市域铁路设计规范》的必要性。对《上海市域铁路设计规范》编制 中的总体思路、编制框架及基本参数的选取等主要问题作了重点阐述，以期对规范的进一步完善提供有益参考。
Abstracts:
The necessity of compiling the Design Code of Shanghai Suburban Railway and the characteristics of Shanghai suburban railway are summarized. The general idea, compilation framework and selection of basic parameters in the code compilation are mainly expounded, with a view to providing references for further improvement of the code.
