介绍了我国首个黄河岸滩强透水卵石层地铁隧道联络通道在动水条件下冻结工程的设计、施工监测等情况。对黄河联络通道修建的重难点及冻结控制要点等作了分析,提出冷冻法的成孔、钻孔、冻结参数选择及封孔等关键技术,解决了黄河联络通道难以加固、钻孔困难、高压涌水、施工风险高等一系列施工难题,通过对冻结帷幕土体温度等的监测和分析研究,获得联络通道冻结安全施工的参数,并对施工中的问题提出了建议。
Abstracts:
The design and construction monitoring of the first connecting passage in frozen metro tunnel under high permeability condition of the Yellow River beach pebble layer is introduced. The key and difficult points in the construction and freezing control points for the Yellow River tunnel connecting passage are analyzed, key technologies including the freezing hole forming, drilling, freezing parameters selection and so on are proposed, which have solved a series of construction problems, such as the connecting passage reinforcement, drilling difficulties, high pressure water gushing and high construction risks. Through the frozen soil temperature monitoring and analysis, parameters of frozen safety construction of the connecting passage are obtained, deficiencies in the construction are pointed out.
