摘要:
介绍了人工冻结法的基本原理以及人工冻结法中选用合适冻结壁厚度的重要性。现有的冻结壁厚度设计方法无法适用于地铁联络通道冻结壁厚度设计计算,因此结合地铁联络通道的实际受力特点,提出采用结构力学力法设计冻结壁厚度。建立了新的冻结壁结构计算模型,求解冻结壁各截面内力;再利用冻结壁应满足的应力强度条件推导出冻结壁厚度与任意截面所受内力的关系式,计算联络通道的冻结壁设计厚度;利用推导出的冻结壁厚度计算公式,结合哈尔滨地铁联络通道的冻结法施工案例,计算出该联络通道冻结壁设计厚度取2.0 m;利用ANSYS数值分析软件验证了该种冻结壁厚度设计方法满足设计要求。
Abstracts:
The basic principle of the artificial freezing method and the importance of selecting the appropriate frozen wall thickness in the artificial freezing method was introduced. The current design method for frozen wall thickness can not be applied to the calculation of the frozen wall thickness of metro cross passage. Therefore, combined with the actual force characteristics of the metro cross passage, the structural mechanics method is proposed for designing the frozen wall thickness. New calculation model of the frozen wall structure was established, solving the internal forces of each section of the frozen wall. Then by using the stress intensity conditions that the frozen wall should satisfy, the relationship between the frozen wall thickness and the internal force of any section was derived to calculate the frozen wall thickness of the cross passage. Combining the derived formula for calculating the frozen wall thickness and the freezing method construction case of the Harbin metro cross passage, calculation results have shown that the theoretical frozen wall thickness of the cross passage should be 2.0 m. ANSYS numerical analysis software was adopted to verify that the proposed design method of the frozen wall thickness could meet the design requirements.
