摘要:
城市轨道交通对沿线土地利用的影响是业界的研究热点之一。以天津市轨道交通为例，在构建城市轨道交通沿线土地利用GIS(地理信息系统)数据库的基础上，通过横向和纵向对比相结合的方式，对城市轨道交通线路开通前后沿线土地利用的变化情况进行定性和定量分析。明确了城市轨道交通对沿线土地利用发展的影响，探寻了城市轨道交通影响下沿线土地的发展规律。
Abstracts:
The impact of urban rail transit on land development along railway line has become one of the hot topics in the industry. Taking the rail transit in Tianjin City as an example, and based on the geographic information system (GIS) database of land use along the railway line, the land use changes along railway lines before and after the rail transit line opening are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed through a combination of horizontal and vertical comparisons. The impact of urban rail transit on the development of land use along railway line is clarified, the development law of land use along the railway line is explored.
