摘要:
城市轨道交通车辆的车门智能技术主要通过将列车车门故障诊断及专业网络技术结合，对车门系统故障进行信息管理、危害度分析、故障定障诊断和故障预测。阐述了该车门智能技术的网络结构、车载监测设备、智能门控制器、车门远程监测、车门亚健康状态分析、移动维修、专家远程会议、大数据分析等关键技术及功能，并介绍了该技术在国内多条城市轨道交通线路上的应用。应用情况表明，该技术可为车门系统维修提供良好的决策支持，提高车门系统故障检修效率，从而提高列车的可用度和线路的运营效率。
Abstracts:
The intelligent door technology of urban rail transit vehicle combines the door failure diagnosis and professional network technology, to implement information management, hazard analyse, failure diagnosis and failure prediction for vehicle door faults. In this paper, key technologies like the network structure, on-board monitoring equipment, intelligent door controller, door remote monitoring, door sub-health analysis,mobile maintenance, expert remote meeting, big data analysis and so on are elaborated, their application in rail transit lines of Chinese cities are introduced. The application of intelligent diagnosis technology shows that it can provide better support for the vehicle door system maintenance, improve the maintenance efficiency, the availability of train and the efficiency of rail transit line as well.
