摘要:
牵引电机轴承损伤是汽车运输地铁车辆过程中常见问题,也是导致地铁列车运行过程中出现异音的根源。结合车辆生产周转工序,分析了汽车运输导致牵引电机轴承损伤的原因;分析了传统轴承防护方案存在的问题;介绍了改进后的轴承防护方案,并通过实际案例对改进后的轴承防护方案进行了适用性验证。轴承在线检测结果表明,轴承状态正常,汽车运输过程中未出现牵引电机轴承损伤问题。
Abstracts:
Traction motor bearing damage is one of the frequent problems occurring during transportation of mutro vehicles by automobile and is the cause of abnormal noise that happens in train operation. Taking vehicle production turnover process into consideration, the causes of traction motor bearing damage were analyzed; the problems of traditional bearing protection scheme were analyzed; the improved bearing protection scheme was introduced, the applicability of which was verified through actual case. The on-line inspection results of bearing have shown that the bearing was in normal condition and the traction motor bearing damage problem didn′t occur during transportation by automobile.
