摘要:
针对300 km/h动车组机械师室异常噪声问题,采用有限元分析与试验研究相结合的方法,对其噪声与振动信号的频谱特性进行了分析。结合车体端墙的模态仿真计算结果,分析了机械师室异常噪声产生的机理,同时提出减振降噪技术措施,有效控制了机械师室的异常噪声,也验证了机械师室异常噪声产生机理分析的正确性。研究结果表明:机械师室异常噪声主要是由动车组高速运行中车体端墙共振产生的,所得研究结果为动车组异常噪声的研究与控制提供了可行的参考依据。
Abstracts:
Targeting at the abnormal noise in the mechanical room of EMU (electric multiple units) running at the speed of 300 km/h, the frequency spectrum characteristics of noise and vibration signals in mechanical room are analyzed by combining finite element analysis with experimental research. Based on the modal simulation results of the vehicle body side wall, the mechanism of abnormal noise in the mechanical room is analyzed, corresponding technical measures to reduce vibration and noise are put forward. Thus, the abnormal noise of the mechanical room is controlled effectively, and the analysis correctness of abnormal noise generation mechanism in the mechanical room is verified. The research results show that the abnormal noise of the mechanical room is mainly caused by the resonance of the EMU vehicle body side wallduring high speed operation, and provide a feasible reference for further studying and controlling abnormal noise in EMU.
