摘要:
利用地铁综合监控系统及车站BAS(环境与设备监控系统),对机组轴承振动信号进行采集、转换、分析、监视,实现地铁空调机组轴承动态在线监控。运用综合监控,可以在线远程监控机组运行状态,完成异常时及时报警与停机功能,同时实现故障追忆和故障诊断。
Abstracts:
Metro integrated supervision and control system (ISCS) and the station building automation system (BAS) are used to collect, convert, analyze and monitor the vibration signal of the unit bearing, so as to realize the dynamic on-line monitoring of the air conditioning unit bearing at metro station. Through the ISCS system, the on-line and remote monitoring of the operation status, the timely alarm and shutdown in case of abnormality can be achieved, at the same time, the fault recall and fault diagnosis can be realized.
