目前有轨电车主要采用“人工驾驶,目视行车”的方式运行,自动化程度较低,在强光雨雾天气,当视线受阻或社会车辆行人不遵守交通规则时,可能导致司机无法及时处理突发事件,影响列车运行及行人安全。基于淮安储能式有轨电车提出了一种实现有轨电车自动运行的列车网络控制系统设计方法。该设计方法通过在列车网络控制系统中增加冗余安全IO(输入输出)控制器实现列车网络控制系统、IO控制和信号设备的交互,可最大程度减少原系统的设计变更。该设计方法已在淮安有轨电车上进行了工程验证。
Abstracts:
At present, tram system mainly adopts the “manual driving, visual control” mode in operation, the automation level is low. Besides, in strong light, rainy or foggy days, when the sightline is blocked, the pedestrians and social vehicles violate the traffic rules, it is very likely that the driver could not handle the emergency in time and consequently, the tram operation and pedestrian safety will be affected. A design method of on-board train control system based on the energy storage tramcar in Huai′an City is proposed, so as to realize the automatic driving of tramcar. By adding a redundant safety IO (input output) controller in the train control system, the interaction among train network, IO control and signal equipment are realized, which can minimize the design changes of the original system. This design method has been practically verified on the Huai'an tram system.
