摘要:
超深地下连续墙面临成槽时间长、 施工难度大、槽壁稳定差等难题,成槽施工对地层扰动较大。 依托宁波轨道交通 3 号线儿童公园站基坑工程, 采用铣槽机成槽技术,展开 110m 超深地下连续墙现场试验, 重点监测槽壁变形和周围土层沉降。 此外,采用三维有限元模拟铣槽机成槽施工过程,进一步研究成槽引起的槽壁变形和地表沉降规律。 研究成果可为超深地下连续墙成槽施工中槽壁的稳定性与墙体竖直度控制,以及地表沉降控制提供有益的参考与借鉴。
Abstracts:
Many problems are involved in the construction of ultra -deep diaphragm wall, such as long groove time,difficult construction, poor stability of the wall. Groove construction has a large disturbance to the stratum. Based on the foundation pit project of Children′s Park Station of Ningbo Rail Transit Line 3,an in -situ test is conducted on the 110 m diaphragm wall using milling method,focusing on monitoring the groove wall deformation and settlement of surrounding stratum. In addition, three-dimensional finite element software is adopted to simulate the construction process using the milling method,to further study the pattern of wall deformation and ground surface settlement caused by groove construction. The research results can provide reference for the control of wall stability,wall verticality and ground surface settlement in the groove construction of ultra-deep diaphragm walls.
