摘要:
以转向架构架常用材料S355作为试验材料,采用激光-MAG复合焊方法,研究了打底焊时接头组对间隙对背部焊缝成形的影响。通过0~1.2 mm范围的6组不同的组对间隙试验得出,在其他参数不变的情况下,组对间隙对背部焊缝成形具有显著影响。背部焊缝宽度的平均值随着组对间隙的增加先增大后减小,余高平均值随着接头组对间隙的增加而逐渐减小;间隙为0.4 mm、0.6 mm、0.8 mm时背部成形良好,且宽高比与接头间隙呈正相关。0~1.2 mm为可应用的接头组对间隙范围。
Abstracts:
Taking the commonly used bogie frame material S355 as test material, by adopting laser\|MAG hybrid welding method, the impact of joint gap on back weld formation during backing welding is studied. Through experiments with 6 groups of different joint gap values in the range of 0~1.2 mm, it is concluded that the gap has an evident impact on back weld formation, under the condition of other welding parameters unchanged. The average width of back weld increases first and then decreases with the increase of the gap. The average reinforcement decreases with the increase of the gap. When the gap is 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8 mm, the back welds are well formed, and the ratio of width of back weld and reinforcement is positively correlated with the joint gap. 0~1.2 mm is the applicable joint gap range.
