近年来,轨道交通引起的地面高层建筑振动已成为地铁公司、地铁上盖开发商和环保部门三方越来越关注的问题。为了对地铁通过的某项目地块上的高层建筑进行室内振动预测,使用经验法和数值分析两种方法分别进行计算分析,预测了某项目地块上建筑物的室内振动,并与规范限制作比较。结果发现:楼层越低,受列车荷载引起的室内振动越大;使用经验法和数值分析法计算出来的结果吻合度较高,两种方法预测得出的室内振动均满足规范要求。
Abstracts:
In recent years, high-rise building vibration caused by rail transit has become an increasing concern among metro companies, real estate developers and environment protection departments. In order to predict the indoor vibration of a high-rise building in certain development project above metro, empirical method and numerical analysis method are used for calculation, and the prediction values are compared with the standard limitation. The results show that the lower floor level is, the greater indoor vibration caused by train passing becomes. The calculation results of empirical method and numerical analysis method are consistent. The indoor vibration prediction generated by the two methods both meet standard requirements.
