摘要:
以宁波邱隘动车所为例,对影响上盖物业开发的条件进行分析,提出上盖物业开发规划设计的要点。根据邱隘动车所上盖物业开发存在的主要问题,提出预留盖板、预留基础和远期拆改3个开发分期实施策略,并分别进行了效益分析和方案评价。通过方案比选,推荐采用远期拆改方案。
Abstracts:
Taking Qiu′ai EMU depot in Ningbo as an example, conditions influencing overhead property development are analyzed, and essential points of planning and design are put forward. Based on main problems of Qiu′ai EMU depot overhead property development, three strategies of implementation in phases are proposed, including reserving upper cover structure, reserving upper cover foundation, and reconstruction in the future. Profit analysis and scheme evaluation are conducted respectively. From the comparison, the scheme of reconstruction in the future is recommended.
