为提高土地利用效率,优化城市功能结构,需将已投入运营的非上盖车辆基地改造为地下车辆基地并进行上盖物业综合开发。针对车辆基地改造空间受限且不能影响线路运营的特点,创新性地提出了腾挪改造方案。讨论了腾挪改造的核心问题,阐述了腾挪改造的原则和改造方式,并以广州地铁1号线西塱车辆段为例,详细阐述了具体的腾挪改造技术方案。
Abstracts:
Aiming at improving land utilization rate and optimizing urban functionality structure, it is necessary to transform operating depot without overhead property into underground depot and to carry out overhead property comprehensive development. In view of the fact that depot reconstruction space is limited, and line operation must not be influenced, a transformation and reconstruction scheme is innovatively proposed. The key issues about transformation and reconstruction are discussed, and implementation principle and method are expounded. Taking Xilang depot of Guangzhou Metro Line 1 as an example, specific technical scheme is elaborated.
