摘要:
通过拆解多个L型车功率单元故障件发现,故障发生的主要原因是其内部智能功率模块散热不良。基于目前功率单元架大修维修方式的不足,针对功率单元故障原因,建立功率单元智能功率模块的装车运用标准,提出清洁散热片、更换导热硅脂和及时拦截性能不良的智能功率模块等措施,有效解决了L型车牵引系统功率单元烧损的惯性故障问题。实践结果验证了新维修模式的有效性。
Abstracts:
By disassembling sufficient L-type vehicle power unit malfunction components, it is concluded that the main cause of the failure is poor heat dissipation of the internal IPM module. Based on the shortcomings of current overhaul and maintenance methods, targeting power unit failure causes, vehiclemounting standards for power unit IPM module is established, and measures such as cleaning heat sink, changing thermal silica, withdrawing bad performance IPM module in time are proposed, which effectively solves the inertial failure problem of L-type vehicle traction system power unit burning down. Practice results have verified the efficacy of new overhaul and maintenance mode.
