摘要:
城际铁路速度目标值是确定项目工程规模、车辆选型、设备配置以及工程投资的基础。在分析深圳—惠州城际铁路客流特征的基础上,结合相关上位规划、市场运输现状等确定了该线应采用的时间目标值;进而从定量比较和定性分析两方面对160 km/h、200 km/h、250 km/h三个速度目标值方案进行综合比选;并引入投资节时比指标对三个速度目标值方案进行分析;最终推荐投资较为经济合理、达速比及运营效果较优、运行能耗和运营成本适中、路网协调匹配性良好、市场竞争力较好的200 km/h速度目标值方案。
Abstracts:
Intercity railway target speed determines project scale, vehicle type selection, equipment configuration, and the basis of project investment. On the basis of analyzing passenger flow characteristics of Shenzhen—Huizhou Intercity Railway, considering related upper planning, market status, the target time of this project is determined, and then three target speed schemes of 160 km/h, 200 km/h and 250 km/h are comprehensively compared and analyzed from quantitative and qualitative perspectives. Time-saving ratio of investment index is introduced to analyze the three speed target schemes. Finally, the 200 km/h speed target scheme with reasonable investment, better reaching speed and operation effect, moderate energy consumption and operation cost, good coordination and matching of road network, and stronger market competitiveness is recommended.
