Comprehensive Comparison and Analysis of Foundation Pit Support Types for TBM Wells of Chengdu Metro Line 19 Second Phase Project

摘要:
成都地铁19号线二期工程是全国地铁长大高速线路中工期最为紧张的工程,其主要特点为施工工期紧、盾构区间长、设置车站少、线路速度等级高、隧道掘进断面大等。首先提出了盾构始发位置选择建议,总结了19号线提供盾构下井的基坑的支护形式;从基坑设计方案、基坑安全、施工便利性及工程经济性等方面,对最常用的放坡和旋挖桩加内支撑两种基坑支护形式进行了对比分析。根据分析结果建议:成都地铁针对3层及以上深度提供盾构下井的基坑,其支护形式应采用旋挖桩加内支撑。
Abstracts:
Chengdu Metro Line 19 second phase project is one of the most tightly scheduled long high-speed metro lines in China. The project is characterized by a tight schedule, long ranges, fewer stations, high level of line speed and large sections of tunnel excavation. First, suggestions on launching location choice for TBMs are given and forms of foundation pit support for the TBM wells of Line 19 project are summarized. Second, comparison among most common foundation pit support forms is conducted from aspects of design scheme, safety, construction convenience and economic efficiency of foundation pits. Analysis results suggest that foundation pits should be provided for TBMs operating under the depth of three and lower levels in Chengdu metro projects, and that spun-digging piles and internal bracing should be utilized as the form of foundation pit support.
