摘要:
地铁车辆大架修一般在线路开通运营5年或者运营里程达到60万km后开展,为避免大架修工艺设备闲置和老化,同时为满足车辆段土建实施工期要求,结合地铁车辆段实际项目实施经验,提出了大架修工艺设备包容性设计方案。该方案预留了后期设备安装的二次浇注条件,同时设计了设备基础坑的封闭与防护方案。
Abstracts:
The overhaul of metro vehicles is generally carried out after 5 years of operation or when running mileage of the vehicle has reached 600,000 kilometers. To avoid maintenance equipment lying idle and aging, as well as to meet the construction period requirements for civil engineering, an inclusive design scheme of overhaul maintenance equipment is proposed based on practical implementation experiences of metro depot project. In the scheme, secondary pouring conditions for equipment installation afterwards are reserved, the closing and protective scheme of equipment foundation pit is designed at the same time.
