摘要:
随着上海城市轨道交通进入超大规模网络化运营时期,传统的维保模式已无法满足设备高安全性、高运营强度、高可用度等可持续发展的要求,需要由原来的故障后维修模式转变为实时状态监测的设备主动维保模式。通过对各类关键技术的研究,形成了信号系统健康管理理论。对信号健康管理系统的应用效果进行分析。结果表明:该系统可大幅提高运维质量,降低运维人力成本。对信号系统健康管理主动维保转型提出了3大类别、11个核心场景的需求,以打造与上海城市轨道交通超大规模网络相匹配的信号系统全寿命周期健康管理体系。
Abstracts:
AbstractAs Shanghai urban rail transit enters the era of super-large-scale network operation, the conventional maintenance mode can not meet the requirements of sustainable development such as high safety, high operation intensity and high availability of equipment any more. It is necessary to change from the original postfault maintenance mode to the active maintenance mode of equipment with real-time condition monitoring. Through researches on various key technologies, the health management theory of signaling system is formed. The application effect of the signaling health management system is analyzed. The results show that the system can greatly improve the operation and maintenance quality and reduce labor cost. The requirements of 3 categories and 11 core scenarios for the active maintenance transformation of signaling system health management is put forward, so as to create a life-cycle health management system of signaling system matching with the super-large-scale network of Shanghai urban rail transit.
