摘要:
专用电话调度系统是确保城市轨道交通安全运营的一个重要手段。在上海城市轨道交通超大规模网络的运行环境下，专用电话调度系统现阶段重点关注的问题之一是如何将不同的软交换专用电话调度系统融合在一起，做到调度台的界面呈现及使用习惯一致，并使主要调度功能保持完整。在此基础上，开展了上海城市轨道交通专用电话调度系统“十四五”规划研究，形成了该系统的顶层设计方案。对专用电话调度业务从既有的软交换系统迁移接入至新设的软交换系统的规划过程进行阐述，提出线路迁移的具体要求和做法，以尽可能降低大修过程中出现故障的影响面，确保专用电话调度系统安全、高效、平稳运行。
Abstracts:
AbstractThe special telephone dispatching system is an important measure for ensuring safe operation of urban rail transit. Under the operation environment of Shanghai urban rail Ttansit super-large-scale network, one of the key problems of special telephone dispatching system at this stage is how to integrate different soft-switch special telephone dispatching systems, so as to achieve the consistency of interface presentation and user habits of the dispatching console, while keeping the main dispatching functions complete. On this basis, research on the 14th Five-Year Plan of Shanghai urban rail transit special telephone dispatching system has been carried out, and the top-level design scheme of the system has been formed. The planning process of transferring the special telephone dispatching service from the old soft-switch system to the new soft-switch system is expounded, and the specific requirements and methods of line migration are listed, so as to reduce the impact range of faults occurrence in the overhaul process as much as possible and to ensure the safe, efficient and stable operation of the special telephone dispatching system.
