摘要:
全球气候环境的变化对城市轨道交通积极应对气候变化的能力提出了更高的要求。为降低气象灾害对上海城市轨道交通的影响，最新研发的上海轨道交通气象辅助决策系统采用先进的监测技术，可对气象灾害提前预警，使上海城市轨道交通气象风险应对能够“关口前移”。在此基础上建立气象风险防范工作机制，提出了上海城市轨道交通应对气象灾害事件的精细化管控措施，以最大限度减少事故的发生、降低对设施设备的损害。
Abstracts:
Higher requirements on the ability of urban rail transit actively responding to climate change have also been put forward by the change of global climate environment. In order to reduce the impact of meteorological disasters on Shanghai urban rail transit, the newly developed meteorological decisionmaking assisting system for Shanghai rail transit adopts advanced monitoring technology to provide early warning of meteorological disasters, enabling Shanghai urban rail transit to 'move ahead' in dealing with meteorological risks. On this basis, the meteorological risk prevention mechanism is established, and refined control measures are proposed for Shanghai urban rail transit to cope with meteorological disasters, in order to minimize the occurrence of accidents and damage to facilities and equipment.
