摘要:
针对城市轨道交通车辆检修制度中存在的车辆供车率过低、车辆运营成本和维修成本过高等问题,国内的城市轨道交通企业逐步将传统的计划检修模式调整为均衡检修模式。均衡修对传统计划修的检修任务进行拆分,均衡安排到不同的维修周期内,利用列车运行窗口期进行检修。建立了均衡修下的工作流程,对均衡修的维修优势、影响因素进行了分析。研究表明:均衡修能显著减少车辆的扣车检修时间,有效提高车辆的供车率。
Abstracts:
In view of the problems of low vehicle supply rate, high vehicle operation cost and maintenance cost in urban rail transit vehicle maintenance system, domestic urban rail transit enterprises are gradually transiting from the conventional planned maintenance mode to balanced maintenance mode. The balanced maintenance mode breaks down the tasks in conventional planned maintenance and arranges them in different maintenance cycles which uses the ‘window period′ of train operation to carry out the maintenance. The workflow under balanced maintenance is established. The advantages and influencing factors of balanced maintenance are analyzed. The research shows that balanced maintenance can significantly reduce the vehicle detaining maintenance time and effectively improve the vehicle supply rate.
