摘要:
基于宁波轨道交通某车站基坑的现场实测数据,分析了伺服钢支撑与普通钢支撑的支撑效果。通过建模,对伺服支撑设计方案及施工工序对基坑变形的影响进行优化。结果表明:与普通钢支撑段相比,伺服钢支撑段地下连续墙的最大累计水平变形更小;将基坑施工工序调整为先开挖伺服钢支撑段后开挖普通钢支撑段,普通钢支撑段和伺服钢支撑段地下连续墙的最大累计水平变形平均值分别减小了2.36 mm和2.19 mm;在施工工序优化的基础上,将伺服钢支撑由原来的三、五道相隔布置分别调整为四、五道相邻布置和三、四道相邻布置后,地下连续墙的最大水平累计变形分别减小了2.92%、22.44%。
