摘要:
总结并分析了国内主要城市的地铁车辆段上盖物业开发现状及面临的问题，结合昆明市地铁5号线世博车辆段上盖物业开发项目的实际情况，针对项目规划、设计、建设和运营等阶段提出建议，以期为昆明市地铁车辆段上盖物业开发项目提供参考。
Abstracts:
Metro vehicle depot overhead property development has great potential in China. By summarizing the development status and existing problems of vehicle depot overhead property in domestic major cities, considering the practical situation of World Expo depot preparing for overhead property development of Kunming Metro Line 5, suggestions are given from the perspective of planning, design, construction and operation, providing reference for Kunming Metro vehicle depot overhead property development projects.
