摘要:
常规冷却塔的布置已成为地铁地下车站空调设计的一个痛点。结合车站土建附属空间,将冷却塔隐藏于地下的布置形式逐渐受到关注。以广州地铁2号线某地下车站为例,对比、分析了车站排风及室外新风的特性,隐藏式冷却塔利用地下车站的排风改变冷却塔的进风或出风参数,可实现正常工况、节能工况及防白雾工况等多种工况的运行,并探讨了实际工程中不同运行工况切换的前提条件。研究结果表明:隐藏式冷却塔利用车站排风降低冷却塔进风湿球温度,可减少冷却塔埋于地下因风道阻力增加的运行能耗;在改变冷却塔的出风参数后,隐藏式冷却塔可低成本地解决常规冷却塔的白雾问题。
Abstracts:
The layout of cooling tower has become a difficulty in metro underground station HVAC design. Considering the auxiliary space of station civil engineering, the layout of concealing cooling tower underground has attracted more and more attention. Take certain underground station of Guangzhou Metro Line 2 as an example, based on the comparative analysis of the characteristics of station exhaust and outdoor fresh air, the invisible cooling tower uses the underground station exhaust to adapt cooling tower inlet or outlet parameters, realizing operating conditions of normal operation, energy saving, and anti-white fog. The preconditions for switching between different operating conditions in practical engineering are discussed. Research results show that invisible cooling tower uses the exhaust air to reduce the inlet wet bulb temperature. The energy consumption of additional civil air duct caused by invisible cooling tower can be effectively reduced. By adjusting cooling tower outlet parameters, the adverse effect of white fog can be solved at low cost within invisible cooling tower.
