按照交通运输部颁布的交办运[2019]17号第四十条对城市轨道交通供电系统功能在初期运营前的检验要求,基于上海轨道交通15号线供电系统综合联调的实施情况,对相邻主变电所支援供电测试、牵引接触网越区供电测试、变电所0.4 kV低压备用进线自动投入装置测试等项目,分别阐述了其测试目的、测试内容及步骤、测试难点、评价标准及测试结果,并提出了有针对性的优化措施。
Abstracts:
Based on Article 40 of JBY [2019] No.17 issued by the Ministry of Transport on the inspection requirements for the functions of the urban rail transit power supply system before initial operation, and based on the implementation of the comprehensive joint commissioning of the power supply system of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 15, in terms of the adjacent main substation supporting power supply test, traction catenary cross-region power supply test, substation 0.4 kV low-voltage backup self-switching device and other test items, the test purpose, test content and steps, difficulties, evaluation criteria and test results are expounded respectively, and targeted optimization measures are put forward.
