列车运行可靠度反映了轨道交通运营的服务质量和管理水平，是轨道交通企业关注的关键绩效指标之一。为了提升上海轨道交通列车运行可靠度，分析了该指标的统计方式及其影响因素，并根据2014—2018年上海轨道交通列车运行可靠度数据进行多维度分析，从优化运营管理、提高维护管理水平及加强现场管控能力等方面提出针对性的对策。实践证明，上述对策能够有效提升上海轨道交通列车运行可靠度。
Abstracts:
Train operation reliability reflects the service quality and management level of rail transit operation, which is one of the key performance indicators concerned by rail transit enterprises. To elevate Shanghai rail transit train operation reliability, the statistical methods and influencing factors of the indicator are analyzed. Through the multi-dimensional analysis of Shanghai rail transit train reliability data from 2014 to 2018, targeted measures are proposed in the aspects of optimizing operation management, elevating maintenance management level and strengthening site operation control ability. Practice has proven that the above countermeasures can effectively elevate Shanghai rail transit train operation reliability.
