摘要:
目前,我国尚未建立市域铁路工程概算编制的国家标准和规范。在总结、分析上海市域铁路工程建设特点的基础上，针对上海市域铁路工程概算编制需求，分析研究了现有可供参考的概算办法和定额在市域铁路工程概算编制中的适应性。研究认为：采用单一的铁路或城市轨道交通的工程概算编制办法及定额进行上海市域铁路的工程概算编制是不妥当的;建议结合工程特点选择合适的定额体系，分别编制单项概算，即轨道、通信、信号、供电及接触网等系统工程的概算建议采用铁路定额体系予以编制，其余工程概算采用地方市政定额体系予以编制。
Abstracts:
National standards and norms for the general estimate compilation of city railway in China have not been established. Based on the summary and analysis of the characteristics of Shanghai city railway engineering construction, the adaptability of existing estimate preparation and quotas for re-ference in compiling city railway general estimate is analyzed. The research shows that it is inappropriate to use a single method and quota for the preparation of Shanghai city railway or urban rail transit budget estimate. It is recommended to select appropriate quota system in combination with project characteristics, and prepare individual budget estimates separately, namely, the budget estimate compilations of track, communication, signal, power supply, OCS (overhead contact system) and other system works are recommended to adopt the railway quota system, while the rest engineering budget estimate compilations may adopt the local municipal quota system.
