以城市轨道交通弓网系统为研究对象,建立了典型刚性接触网拉出值正弦波布置方式与Z字形布置方式的弓网耦合动力学模型。利用频谱分析研究了两种布置方式下的弓网受流性能,实现了服役状态下弓网相互作用的动态模拟,研究了拉出值布置方式对受电弓滑板磨耗的影响。研究结果表明:两种布置方式的接触压力统计参数差异较小,但Z字形布置方式的受流质量更好,且对受电弓滑板磨耗的影响更小。
Abstracts:
Taking the pantograph catenary system of urban rail transit as the research object, a pantograph catenary coupling dynamics model of typical rigid catenary stagger sine wave layout mode and zigzag layout mode is established.Then, the pantograph catenary current collection performance under the above two modes are analyzed using spectrum analysis, and dynamic simulation of pantograph catenary interaction in service state is realized. The influence of stagger layout mode on the wear of pantograph contact strip is studied. Results show that the contact pressure statistical parameters of the two layout modes have little difference, while the zigzag one has better current collection quality and less influence on pantograph contact strip wear.
