摘要:
换算工作量是优化城市轨道交通运营企业FAM(全自动运行模式)生产人员定员优化的重要工具。结合南宁轨道交通5号线项目经验,研究如何应用换算工作量来提高传统岗位工作量核定的精准性。通过建立复合型新岗位探索工作量计算体系,精细化衡量岗位工作负荷、优化定员标准,实现生产人员精干、高效、满负荷,以适应城市轨道交通运营企业FAM下提效降本、持续发展的要求。
Abstracts:
Converted workload is an important tool for urban rail transit operation enterprises to optimize production personnel allocation under FAO (fully automatic operation) mode. By referring to Nanning Rail Transit Line 5 project experience, the application of converted workload to enhance workload estimation accuracy of conventional job posts is studied. By establishing workload calculation system for new inter-disciplinary job posts, refined workload estimation of each post and optimization of personnel allocation standard are carried out, achiev-ing the goal of fewer people, higher efficiency, and full engagement, thus adapting to the urban rail transit operation enterprises' requirements of efficiency improvement, cost reduction, sustainable development under FAO mode.
