以位于临港新城的上海中低速磁浮试验线为研究对象,对中低速磁浮列车的运行品质和运行平稳性进行分析研究。分析了中低速磁浮列车第1节车厢中5个测点各个方向振动加速度的最大幅值,并计算出在不同速度下各测点各方向的加速度振动频谱和平稳性指标,以及同一速度(60 km/h)下的平稳性指标时程变化曲线。研究表明:该中低速磁浮列车的横向振动加速度最大幅值和垂向振动加速度最大幅值分别为0.30 m/s2和0.86 m/s2,列车的横向平稳性指标和垂向平稳性指标最大值分别为1.15和1.30。依据GB/T 5599—2019标准中关于轮轨列车运行品质和运行平稳性的评定方法,测试的中低速磁浮列车的运行品质及运行平稳性等级均为“优”。
Abstracts:
Taking Shanghai medium-low speed maglev test line in Lingang New City as research object, the operation quality and stability of medium-low speed maglev train are analyzed. The maximum vibration acceleration amplitudes at 5 measuring points of the first compartment in each direction are analyzed. Additionally, the acceleration frequency spectrum and stability index of each measuring point in each direction at different speeds are calculated, along with the stability time-history change curve under the same speed (60 km/h). Research shows that the maximum lateral and vertical vibration accelerations of the test medium-low speed maglev train are 0.30 m/s2 and 0.86 m/s2, and the maximum lateral and vertical stability indexes are 1.15 and 1.30 respectively. In reference to the evaluation method of train operation quality and stability defined in GB/T 5599—2019 standard, the quality and stability grades of the test medium-low speed maglev train are both excellent.
