摘要:
针对目前三维激光扫描技术检测盾构隧道横断面方法效率低、不能充分利用高密度点云数据的问题,从精度、效率及充分利用高密度横断面点云数据三方面进行隧道中轴线高程分析。提出利用空间几何关系快速提取隧道原始点云数据横断面的方法,继而利用K近邻计算方法提取隧道中轴线高程。试验结果表明,该隧道中轴线高程提取方法与水准仪实测获得的隧道中轴线高程间最大差值为3 mm。与水准仪实测方法相比,该隧道中轴线高程提取方法的检测精度与检测效率均有较大改善,且其不需要进行横断面点云数据的抽稀,充分利用了海量原始点云数据,可推广应用至盾构隧道竣工验收工作。
Abstracts:
Due to the low efficiency of current three-dimensional laser scanning technology in detecting shield tunnel cross-sections, and the inability to fully use the high-density point cloud data, the tunnel central axis elevation is analyzed from high accuracy, high efficiency and full utilization of high-density point cloud data three aspects. The method of fast extracting tunnel original cloud data cross-sections by using spatial geometric relations is proposed. Then, the tunnel axis elevation is extracted by using the K-nearest neighbor calculation method. Test results show that the maximum difference of tunnel axis elevation obtained by this method and the leveling instrument measurement is 3 mm. Compared with leveling instrument, both the detection accuracy and the efficiency of the tunnel central axial elevation extraction method are greatly improved. Besides, it can make full use of all collected point cloud data without subsampling, and can be promoted for application throughout tunnel construction until final inspection.
