基于车辆动力学理论,以电子导向胶轮电车的车辆间铰接角摆动幅值为评价指标,采用仿真分析的方式,研究了列车在不同速度条件下直线运行的稳定性。在此基础上,设计了一款车辆间被动式减振器,明确了减振器的工作区间和安装方式,并通过仿真分析的方式进行了验证。结果表明,安装车辆间减振器后,车辆间铰接角在高速直线运行条件下摆幅明显减小,列车直线运行的稳定性显著提升。
Abstracts:
Based on vehicle dynamics theory, the inter-vehicle hinge angle swing amplitude of electronic guided rubber-tyred tram is used as an evaluation index, and the stability of train operating in straight line under different speed conditions is studied by simulation analysis. On this basis, a passive inter-vehicle damper is designed, its working area and installation method are clarified and then verified through simulation analysis. Results show that after installing the inter-vehicle damper, the swing amplitude of the hinge angle under high-speed straight-line operation condition is evidently reduced, and the train running stability is significantly improved.
