摘要:
对车门智能运维技术方案进行研究,阐述了轨道交通智能化车门系统的构架方案、数据采集技术和传输技术,研究了智能化车门系统的主要功能、系统配置要求及车载连接方案等内容。针对车门的故障诊断和预测,提出了两种车门锁闭状态的检测方式,即监测车门关闭后电机转角回弹量的间接方式和视觉系统监控锁闭结构状态的直接方式。
Abstracts:
Through vehicle door intelligent operation and maintenance technology scheme research, the architecture plan, data collection and transmission technologies of rail transit intelligent door system are expounded, and the main functions of which like system configuration requirements and on-board connection are studied. Targeting the fault diagnosis and prediction of door system, two methods for detecting the door locking status are proposed, namely the indirect method to monitor the rebound of the motor′s angle after the door is closed and the direct method to monitor the status of locking structure by the visual system.
