摘要:
为解决地铁车站附属设施地面建筑(以下简称“车站附属地面建筑”)分散布置的问题,在总结车站附属地面建筑集约化设计原则基础上,通过分析车站附属地面建筑的空间布局,探讨了车站附属地面建筑集约化设计的思路和方法。车站附属地面建筑的集约化设计可分为车站附属地面建筑与周边建筑集约化设计以及车站附属地面建筑自集约设计两大类。前者主要阐述了车站附属地面建筑与周边建筑物结合的集约化设计思路和方法;后者主要基于车站出入口、安全出口及风亭的相互组合。阐述了其自集约设计的思路和具体方法。
Abstracts:
To deal with the sparsely established metro station auxiliary ground buildings (briefed as station ground buildings), on the basis of summarizing intensive design principles, the design ideas and methods of station ground buildings are discussed through analyzing the spatial layout of buildings. The intensive design of the ground buildings is divided into two types: the intensification of station ground buildings and surrounding buildings, and the self-intensification of station ground buildings. For the former, the ideas and methods of intensive design to integrate surrounding buildings and station ground buildings are expounded. For the latter, based on the combination of station entrance/exit, emergency exit and ventilation pavilion, the ideas and specific methods of self-intensification design are expounded.
