摘要:
针对城市轨道交通站台门系统安装精度普遍不高、运行故障频出等问题,提出了基于专用测量仪的新型城市轨道交通站台门测量安装及精度控制技术。详细阐述了站台门底座、立柱、门机、门槛及滑动门的安装精度控制方法,并将该技术与传统的站台门安装技术的精度控制进行对比。从成都轨道交通6号线三期的站台门施工效果可得到结论如下:该技术实现了站台门系统的快捷安装,大幅缩短了施工周期,提高了站台门的整体安装质量。
Abstracts:
Aiming at the problems such as low installation accuracy and frequent operation failure of urban rail transit platform door system, a new technology for measurement installation and precision control of the platform door based on a special measuring instrument is proposed. The installation precision control method of platform door base, column, door machine, threshold and sliding door is expounded in detail, and is compared with the conventional installation precision control of platform door. Conclusions can be drawn from the construction result of the platform door of Chengdu Rail Transit Line 6 phase III project: this technology realizes fast installation of platform door system, greatly shortens the construction period and improves the overall installation quality of the platform door.
