摘要:
针对泰国铁路客车不锈钢车体侧墙面临的焊接难题,研究电阻点焊设备的焊钳结构工艺参数,重新梳理了侧墙制造总体工艺流程。详细阐述了分段侧墙小框架焊接、整体侧墙大框架焊接、墙板焊接、窗口手工切割工艺及电阻点焊焊点化学除黑工艺的流程及技术要求等。设计了大、小喉深焊钳可互换的电阻点焊焊接设备,采用反装焊接框架、正装焊接墙板等技术,合理确定焊接参数,最终实现了全部电阻点焊工艺的铁路客车侧墙制造。
Abstracts:
Aiming at the welding difficulties faced by the stainless steel carbody sidewall of Thailand railway passenger train, the welding tong structure process parameters of resistance spot welding equipment is studied, and the overall process flow of sidewall manufacturing is reorganized. The process and technical requirements of small frame welding of segmented sidewall, large frame welding of integral sidewall, wallboard welding, manual window cutting process and resistance spot welding chemical blackening removal process are described in detail. By designing interchangeable resistance spot welding equipment with large and small throat deep welding tongs, adopting reverse welding frame, front welding wallboard and other technologies and reasonably determining welding parameters, the manufacturing of railway passenger train sidewall with all resistance spot welding processes can be realized.
