摘要:
目的:为解决地铁大容量风机配电及控制设备在距降压变电所较远情况下,全压启动大功率风机时产生的大电流将在长距离进线电缆上造成线路瞬时压降过大,从而引起线路末端接触器等二次设备因电压过低产生电弧而损坏,导致风机无法正常全压启动的问题,特对此类故障进行研究。方法:以成都地铁18号线西博城站为例,通过查阅相关手册对线路压降进行理论计算,同时对接触器可靠工作的电压结合相关规范及产品说明书进行比对;对压降较大时接触器烧毁的原因进行详细分析,得出解决问题的初步方案;再通过现场试验对初步方案进行实测验证的方式确定最终的结论及建议。结果及结论:新建项目适用于采用适宜截面的控制柜进线电缆,以减少线间压降;改建项目适用于在设备控制柜内增设UPS(不间断电源) 等稳压设备;若地铁车站涉及大功率风机启动时,建议设计单位在前期施工图设计的电缆截面选择时留有一定的余量。
Abstracts:
Objective: It is aimed to address the issue of large current generated during fullvoltage startup of highpower fans in metro stations relatively far away from substation, leading to excessive transient voltage drop on longdistance incoming cables. This phenomenon can lead to secondary equipment such as contactors at the end of the line being damaged due to low voltage arcing, resulting in the fan being unable to start up at full voltage normally, for which purpose the research is carried out. Method: Taking the Xibocheng Station on Chengdu Metro Line 18 as example, line voltage drop is theoretically calculated by referencing relevant manuals. Simultaneously, the voltage required for reliable contactor operation is compared with relevant specifications and product instruction manuals. A detailed analysis of the causes of contactor burnout during high voltage drop is performed to propose a preliminary solution. The final conclusion and recommendations are then determined through onsite experiments to validate the proposed solution. Result & Conclusion: Newlybuilt projects are recommended to use control cabinet incoming cables with appropriate profiles to reduce interline voltage drop. In retrofit projects, adding stabilizing devices such as UPS (uninterruptible power supplies) inside the equipment control cabinet is suggested. In cases where startup of highpower fans is involved at metro stations, design units are advised to leave a certain margin when selecting cable profiles during the early stage of construction drawing design.
